Taking a break from the cold in the Tabernacle and chatting with a sweet sister missionary from Arkansas who was kind enough to take this picture for us. My favorite part was when she asked if Sean had been on a mission yet or not followed closely by when she gave us some pass along cards

baby it's cold outside!
Last night I went to Temple Square with Seany boy and we had so much fun! I haven't been in years, probably since I was 10, so I was super excited to go. Sean came and got me and we went to dinner and then made our way up to Sandy to hop on the Trax. We had a jolly good time people watching the whole way up. You can definitely find some interesting characters on the Trax, that is for sure. So we finally got to Salt Lake and all the beauty that is Temple Square and froze our little tails off!

Santa baby, hurry down the chimney tonight
Last night was the 2nd annual Christmas Party for me and my girls. It was so much fun and definitely needed to reconnect and just relax a little before finals come in full force. We changed things up a little this year, but a couple things remained the same, I don't think they will be changing anytime soon. Ginger making 6 pounds, yes 6 pounds of fudge and opening presents beneath the Christmas tree, classic. We added a sleepover this year and I think that was our best idea ever! We spent the night laughing and singing, watching old Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys music videos, and just having a dang good time. I had a blast! Now it's time to get down to studying, boo.
All the girls in our festive pj's

Ka-dunk, Ka-dunk
So Thanksgiving was interesting as expected but definitely not for the reasons I was thinking. #1 I didn't even have to get my wisdom teeth out (apparently I have a super immature mouth, my two wisdom teeth look like how they are supposed to look when you are 12). #2 the whole only one Thanksgiving dinner worked out rather nicely and wasn't even that weird. Here is why Thanksgiving was interesting...one of the pipes at my house is having some serious issues and so we had to turn the water off completely for a couple of days. Imagine no water in your house for a couple of days, it is not fun! It was kind of a fiasco, but really funny at the same time. It's a good thing I have my dad who was able to fix it temporarily so we could have water again the rest of the time I was home. I can honestly say I was glad to go back to my dinky apartment and not have to worry about having a broken pipe! Hopefully it gets fixed before I go home for Christmas... :)
Onto the next fiasco in my life, last night I was hungry so I went to my cupboard to find something for dinner. I look and finally settle on some soup, some chicken broccoli cheesy potato soup. It looked delicious and I was excited to eat it. So I put it in the microwave to warm it up with a paper towel on top just in case any eruptions were to take place. After a minute or so I am sitting talking with KTG and we hear a very loud noise coming from the microwave, yep my soup not only exploded, but the bowl totally flipped over and got everywhere as the plate in the microwave spun round and round and round. Fiasco.

The after in the microwave
All that was left in the bowl (it was nearly full to begin with)
And me being sad with my little bowl of soup
